Refund policy

Methodyco sells digital templates. You download them as files. Business Genetics S.r.l. ("we", "us") runs Methodyco. This policy explains refunds, cancellation, and your legal rights.

1. Summary

  • You cannot return a digital file. We do not refund a change of mind after delivery starts, unless the law gives you that right (see section 3).
  • We fix or refund a product that is faulty, is not as described, or that we did not deliver.
  • Your legal consumer rights always apply. This policy does not reduce them.

2. Faulty product, wrong product, or no delivery

Email us at info@businessgenetics.co. Give your order number and describe the problem. Contact us as soon as you can. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

We first try to fix the problem. For example, we send a new file, a new download link, or help to open the file.

You can get a price reduction or a full refund in these cases:

  • We did not deliver the product after you asked.
  • We cannot fix the problem, or we do not fix it within a reasonable time.
  • The problem stays after we try to fix it.
  • The problem is serious. It is more than minor.
  • The law in your country gives you this right.

We refund to the original payment method. We pay the refund within 14 days after you tell us that you want it. Your bank may need more time to show it.

If you did not get your download email, check your spam folder and the email address on your order. Then contact us. We send the files again at no cost.

3. Change of mind

Customers in the EU, the EEA, and the UK

The law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without a reason. For digital content that you download, you lose this right when delivery starts. This happens only if all of these apply:

  1. You expressly agree that delivery starts immediately.
  2. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal when delivery starts.
  3. We confirm points 1 and 2 to you in writing, on a durable medium.

Before checkout, you tick a box in your cart to give points 1 and 2. Our order confirmation email gives point 3.

If you do not get this confirmation from us, you keep your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Customers in other countries

In most countries, the law gives no right to return a digital product after a change of mind. We do not refund a change of mind after delivery starts. If your local law gives you such a right, we respect it.

4. How to withdraw when you have the right

The 14-day period ends 14 days after the day you buy. Before it ends, send us any clear statement that you withdraw. Use email (info@businessgenetics.co) or post. You can use the model form below. You do not have to use it.

We confirm receipt of your notice by email. We show the date and time of receipt.

If you withdraw correctly, we refund all payments within 14 days after we get your notice. We use the same payment method as your order.

5. Your legal rights

These rights apply in addition to this policy. We cannot exclude them.

  • EU and EEA: Digital content must match the contract. If it does not, you have remedies under the consumer laws of your country. These laws follow Directive (EU) 2019/770.
  • UK: Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you remedies if it is not.
  • Australia: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • New Zealand: The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives you rights. This policy does not limit them.
  • United States and Canada: Your state or provincial law can give you more rights. This policy does not limit them.

6. Other products and services

This policy covers our digital templates. If we sell other products or services, the product page shows the terms for them.
