Shipping policy

All Methodyco products are digital. We do not ship physical items. Business Genetics S.r.l. ("we", "us") runs Methodyco.

1. How delivery works

We confirm your payment. Then we send an email with a download link. We send it to the email address that you gave at checkout. It usually arrives in a few minutes. We send it within 24 hours at the latest.

Delivery starts when we send the download link.

2. Where we sell

We sell to customers in the countries that checkout shows. There are no shipping costs.

3. Product details

Each product page shows the file format and the software you need. It also shows any limit on downloads or access time. Check this information before you buy.

4. If you do not get your email

1. Check your spam or junk folder.
2. Check the email address on your order confirmation.
3. Email us at info@businessgenetics.co with your order number.

We send the files again at no cost. If we cannot deliver the product, we refund you in full.

5. Wrong email address

If you gave a wrong email address, tell us. We check your order details. Then we send the files to the correct address.

6. Refunds and your rights

See our refund policy for refunds, withdrawal, and your legal rights. For EU and UK customers, delivery starts immediately after payment. You agree to this in your cart, before checkout.
